The Ukrainian Bar Association offers to dive into the world of intellectual property together with leading industry experts and invites you to join IP UKRAINE NOW 2024, an event dedicated to an in-depth analysis of the current aspects of IP law.
Date of the event: November 1, 2024.
Venue: Mercure Congress Сentre, Block C, 4 th floor, Dovzhenko Hall 3, 6 Vadyma Hetmana Str., Kyiv / online (Zoom).
This year's program of the event covers a wide range of topics related to state regulation in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, in particular in the security and defense sector, pharmaceuticals. Particular attention will be paid to the current IP court practice and peculiarities of forensic examination of intellectual property.
