The Ukrainian Bar Association together with the Ukrainian Football Association invite you to the First Sports Law Forum, an event dedicated to the intersection of the world of sports and law. From real cases to heated discussions on legal regulation under martial law, e-sports, doping, arbitration and labour disputes in sports — this event will become a platform for experience exchange, discussions and professional networking.
Date of the event: 18 September 2025.
Venue: Football House, 7a Laboratornyi lane, Kyiv / online (Zoom).
Football tournament as part of the First Sports Law Forum!
Football and law — two powerful forces coming together at our Forum!
As part of the event, a friendly football tournament will be held between teams formed by Forum participants. You can register your own team (8+ players), or we’ll help form mixed teams from individual participants.
What awaits participants:

The draw will be conducted by Andriy Shevchenko, President of the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF)! -
Training sessions and matches will take place on professional UAF pitches.

To ensure smooth entry to the Forum hall, please wear your participant badge, which can be collected at the registration desk.
During the lunch break, please do not leave personal belongings in the hall, as the furniture setup will be adjusted for parallel sessions.
Working Languages
The official languages of the event are English and Ukrainian.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for presentations by international experts.
Speaker Presentations
All speaker presentations will be sent to Forum participants via email and will also be available on the event’s official page on the UBA website under the “Additional” section.
Coffee Breaks, Lunch, and Evening Reception
Refreshments will be available in the Pre-function area (2nd floor), where participants will be offered drinks and light snacks.

Safety measures
In the event of an air raid alert, please use the stairs to proceed to the designated shelter area located on Level B1 (-1st floor, underground parking).
Hotel security staff will be present in the lobby area (1st floor) to provide guidance and navigation to the shelter.
All participants are personally responsible for following emergency response protocols, ensuring their own safety and well-being.
