Key Responsibilities

Legal Strategy & Advisory

• Act as a key legal advisor to the CEO, COO, Board of Directors, and senior management on critical business matters.

• Develop and implement legal strategies that align with company growth initiatives.

• Oversee corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance globally.

Contract & Negotiation Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate key contracts, including customer agreements, partnerships, vendor contracts, and employee agreements.

• Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and protect business interests.

• Develop new contract templates for emerging business lines.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Oversee compliance with international laws, including OFAC regulations.

• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks to safeguard the company’s reputation.

• Establish a legal risk management framework that supports business objectives.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

• Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution in global jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with external counsel and lead legal proceedings when necessary.

Corporate Governance

• Advise the Board of Directors on governance matters.

• Serve as corporate secretary and prepare key legal documents.

External Relations & Representation

• Represent the company in legal discussions with regulators, external counsel, and stakeholders.

• Act as the primary legal point of contact for government agencies and industry groups.

What You Need to Succeed

• 10+ years of legal experience, with 5+ years in an executive leadership role

• Strong expertise in international business law (US, Europe, Asia)

• SaaS/IT industry experience preferred

• Hands-on approach with the ability to personally execute key legal tasks

• Experience in contract negotiation, compliance, and litigation management

• Proven ability to develop and lead legal strategies that support business growth

• Fluent English and strong executive communication skills
