COMMITTEE ON ENFORCEMENT LAW
Dear Colleagues!
The Committee on Enforcement Law of the UBA consolidates practicing lawyers, attorneys, scientists, and judges specialized in quite particular field of law - enforcement one!
At regular committee meetings, we discuss important theoretical questions, flaws of specialized laws and problems related to law enforcement.
Usually meetings are public that's why many our non-UBA colleagues have an opportunity to participate.
Debates on brought up questions are quite hot, but mostly we come to common positions on completion of Committee's work. The conclusions are published at UBA media resources and other legal periodicals.
Committee's main strategical aim is to create a project of completely new and thought-over enforcement legislation.
Every one who's got interested is welcomed to actively participate in our Committee's affairs.
