The Ukrainian Bar Association invites you to the 14th Judicial Forum, a leading annual platform for discussing strategic challenges and the future of justice.
Over two days, judges, lawyers, representatives of judicial administration bodies, legislators, and international experts will discuss the digital transformation of the judicial system, reform of the legal profession, ensuring the unity of judicial practice.
The Forum is a space for professional dialogue, where decisions are made, experiences are shared, and guidelines for the development of justice in Ukraine are determined.
Date of the first Forum's day: November 27, 2025
Venue: For security reasons, the venue of the Forum will be communicated separately to all confirmed participants.

- Plans and priorities for further digitization, particularly in the activities of the High Council of Justice
- Reform of judicial statistics — updating approaches, standardizing data, transparency
- The use of artificial intelligence in court administration
- Interaction between judicial administration bodies in the implementation of technological solutions

- Development of the Supreme Court's legal position database and other digital tools for law enforcement
- International partners' view of the digital transformation of the judicial system: support, standards, expectations
- Professional community assessment of the effectiveness of digital solutions and their impact on the quality of justice

- Assessment of the state of professional self-government
- Proposals for reforming the institutional model of the legal profession
- Practicing lawyers' views on the changes that the profession really needs

16:00-17:30 Session 3. Ensuring the unity of judicial practice by the Supreme Court: controversial aspects and points of tension
