The Association of Lawyers of Ukraine invites you to the III Family and Inheritance Law Forum — a platform for professional discussion of current challenges in the field of family and inheritance relations. The focus is on international aspects of family matters, in particular divorce, division of property abroad, marriage contracts with a foreign element and the protection of children's rights; issues of ensuring the rights and interests of children through modern models of guardianship, mediation and mechanisms to combat domestic violence in conditions of martial law; as well as inheritance issues and estate planning tools.

The Forum participants and speakers include renowned experts in civil, family and inheritance law, representatives of relevant state and regulatory institutions, judges, notaries, mediators and psychologists, which ensures a multidisciplinary approach to key issues and the development of practical recommendations for daily professional activities.
