II All-Ukrainian Conference on Criminal Law & Procedure
Ukrainian Bar Association has the pleasure of holding II All-Ukrainian Conference on Criminal Law & Procedure to be held on 13 November 2015, Radisson Blu Hotel Kyiv.
The event was launched last year and it has been very well received by public. The conference has immediately become an effective platform for building up a fruitful dialogue and exchange of views between the various parties to criminal process - lawyers, prosecutors and judges.
This year the discussion will continue and cover a number of topical issues of criminal law and procedure and related developments. Reform of the police and the prosecution, amendments to relevant legislation and summary of the year of changes – these are the main cornerstones of the conference.
On the other hand, attorneys who represent clients in criminal proceedings - both businesses and individuals – will join to share their effective tools and successful strategies in court and during pre-trial investigation.
