On May 7, 2025, Halyna Voloshyn, Deputy Chair of the Compliance Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), attorney at law and Compliance Officer at Rozetka, took part in a roundtable dedicated to current compliance challenges, with a special focus on conflict of interest management. The event was initiated by Yuliia Azarina, Head of the Anti-Corruption Office at Ukrzaliznytsia JSC.

Participants discussed emerging trends in the compliance sphere, approaches to strengthening corporate ethics, and mechanisms for preventing violations. Particular attention was given to fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors in developing sustainable standards of integrity.

The roundtable brought together representatives of public authorities and leading companies, including Nova Poshta, Metinvest, Kyivstar, and others.

Such initiatives represent a vital step toward building a transparent, accountable, and ethical business community in Ukraine.
