Members of the Ukrainian Bar Association are invited to join the call to create a new Innovation Paper for the European Law Institute (ELI). This opportunity is available thanks to the UBA’s membership in ELI, which began in August 2024.

By way of background, the ELI Innovation Paper Series aims at enabling ELI Members to propose pioneering legal or multidisciplinary ideas, which deserve the attention of the European legal community, and at improving the law in Europe.

Interested participants are encouraged to submit their ideas for an Innovation Paper by 3 February 2025. The author(s) of the selected submission will be given until June 2025 to prepare their Paper, which will then undergo Membership consultation. Upon the ELI Council’s approval, the Innovation Paper will be published and promoted by ELI.
