Bringing Justice for Ukraine. Crime of Aggression, War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity, Genocide
On May 19, the Polish and Ukrainian sections of the International Association of Criminal Law (AIDP), the EU Pravo-Justice and the Sunflowers Project Foundation will hold a web conference “Bringing Justice for Ukraine. Crime of Aggression, War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity, Genocide”.
During the event, international criminal law experts and other participants will discuss on practical ways to bring perpetrators of crimes committed in Ukraine to justice.

- papers will be presented by distinguished Guests — practitioners, judges, prosecutors, professors of criminal law and international law;
- an update will be presented by the Ukrainian lawyers on the status of ongoing criminal trials in Ukraine for war crimes and crimes against humanity (about 70,000 cases have already been opened);
- the hottest topics related to criminal responsibility for crimes committed in Ukraine will be discussed;
- there will be an opportunity to learn about the current status of work on the proposal to establish a special tribunal for crimes of aggression;
