The Ukrainian Bar Association invites you to the next event in the Ukrainian Global Law Talks series, dedicated to the recently established Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. Following the Lviv Declaration by the Coalition of States and the decision of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on 14 May, international justice is entering a new phase.
We will discuss the significance of these developments, the legal framework of the newly established Tribunal, and the next steps ahead with a Ukrainian diplomat and the Head of the Legal Advice Department of the Council of Europe — both directly involved in the key processes.
