The UBA Committee on Procedural Law invites you to take part in the event “Court Choice Agreements: How it works and what should be changed”, which will be held on April 10, 2025 in Kyiv.
At the XII UBA Judicial Forum (December 6, 2024), the Concept of Improving Court Procedures was presented. The Council of the UBA Committee on Procedural Law initiated a series of events to discuss its key provisions and develop legislative proposals.
This event will be the third in the series. We will discuss
- proposed amendments to the procedural codes within the framework of the Concept;
- problems of functioning of court choice agreements in Ukraine and possible ways of their reform.
