The UBA Intellectual Property Committee jointly with the Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation invites you to take part in the event “IP Court in Ukraine: the last page or a new chapter?”, which will be held on April 3, 2025 in Kyiv. Online participation is also available (Zoom).

The purpose of the event is to discuss the role and prospects of the High Court on Intellectual Property in the legal system of Ukraine, to assess the international experience of creating specialized IP courts, and to formulate the professional position of the professional community on the expediency of preserving, reforming or transforming the concept of this court.

Session III. Roadmap: prospects for launching the IP Court

1. Does Ukraine need to change the concept of the IP Court?

- Creation of an intellectual vertical: from investigation to justice;

- Arguments for preserving or transforming the IP Court.

2. Necessary steps to launch an IP Court: a realistic plan
