The Ukrainian Bar Association's Scientific and Practical Club invites you to attend the online event “Dual (multiple) citizenship in Ukraine: constitutional possibilities and risks of implementation”, which will be held on February 12, 2025.

Why is it relevant?

o Recent changes to Ukrainian legislation, in particular the adoption of the draft law No. 11469 in the first reading, have opened up the possibility of introducing the institution of multiple citizenship.

o The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has been considering the official interpretation of Article 4 of the Constitution, which guarantees single citizenship, for several years.

o The demand for the regulation of multiple citizenship in Ukraine is growing both within the country and among citizens abroad.
