The UBA Committee on Energy, Oil, and Gas invites you to join an online event titled «Status of REMIT Implementation in Ukraine: Current Regulation and Future Requirements» which will take place on December 3, 2024.

• Current regulation on preventing market abuse in electricity and natural gas markets. Future reporting and notification requirements;
• Key legal requirements for market participants regarding abuse prevention under secondary legislation by the Regulator. Practical cases and the Regulator's vision;
