The UBA Real Estate and Infrastructure Committee invites you to participate in the event “Industrial Parks: Algorithm of Creation and State Support”, which will be held on April 9, 2025 in Kyiv.

Issues for discussion:

1. Industrial parks in Ukraine: general overview of the investment instrument, statistics on the creation and operation of industrial parks, areas of activity in which industrial parks can operate

2. Algorithm for creating an industrial park: parties involved, timeframes, requirements for land plots for industrial parks.

3. Forms of state support for key players in industrial parks.

4. Conflicts of the law on industrial parks and ways to overcome them: practical aspect and overview of the draft law No. 12117.
