The UBA Committee on Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law invites you to participate in the round table discussion on Draft Law No. 12367 dated 30.12.2024 on the abolition of pre-trial investigation terms as a ground for closing criminal proceedings, which will be held on January 30, 2025 in Kyiv.

This draft law is of particular interest to the legal community, as it affects the efficiency of justice and the observance of the rights of participants in criminal proceedings. The UBA Committee on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure has previously publicly drawn attention to the importance of this issue, and now we invite experts to an open dialogue.

During the event, experts will discuss the key provisions of the draft law, possible legal consequences of its adoption, and prospects for improving criminal procedure legislation.
