The Ukrainian Bar Association invites you to the IX Insolvency and Restructuring Law Forum - a key event to discuss current challenges and trends in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency law.
The event is supported by the EU Project “Pravo-Justice”.
Date: October 17, 2024.
Venue: Hilton Kyiv Hotel (Dallas Hall, 2nd floor), 30, Shevchenko Blvd. 30, Kyiv / online (Zoom).
The event will include a traditional award ceremony for outstanding professionals and teams in the field of competition law, selected by the Forum participants through open voting.
The event is expected to feature speeches by representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the banking community, members of the Ukrainian Parliament, judges, insolvency officers, private enforcement officers, as well as heads of leading law firms and attorneys' associations.

The 1st session of the Forum, where a foreign expert will speak, will be provided with simultaneous interpretation from English into Ukrainian.

The catering area for participants is the Pre-function area (2nd floor). Drinks and light snacks will be offered.
Nomination and voting for the candidates for the "Recognition of the Year - 2024" award
Please note! During the Forum, the traditional awarding of the best individuals and teams in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency law ("Recognition of the Year - 2024" in the nominations of the best law firm, best insolvency receiver, best judge) will be held, which will be nominated and selected by you.
Candidates and teams will be selected in 2 stages:
First, you nominate your candidate in each of the 3 nominations by filling out a card received at the registration desk. The completed card should be put into a special voting box located in the conference hall. Nominations will be open until 13:30 on the day of the Forum.
Then, via www.menti.com, you will choose your favorite among the candidates who received the most votes during the first stage. The electronic voting for the winners will take place at the end of the Forum's working sessions in the conference hall.

Security measures at Hilton Kyiv.
The Dallas Hall, where the main sessions of the Forum will be held, complies with the security rules of two walls and has no windows.
In the event of an air raid, we recommend that you take the stairs to the shelter zone located on the 1st floor of the hotel (level B1, underground parking).
The hotel security staff will be in the lobby area (1st floor) and will provide the necessary instructions on how to navigate to the equipped shelter.
The participants of the event are personally responsible for compliance with the requirements of responding to the warning system signal, preserving their own health and life.
