The UBA Real Estate and Infrastructure Committee invites you to attend the event “Construction in Historic Places: Current Status and Prospects”, which will be held on 24 January, 2025, at 16:00 in Kyiv.

Issues to be discussed:

  • legislative regulation of development in historic areas;
  • uncertainty about the boundaries and modes of use of historic areas;
  • possible legal models (options) for the implementation of construction projects, taking into account urban planning restrictions.
