Ukrainian Bar Association has the pleasure to invite you to the new event – I Judicial Forum to be held on 4 October 2012 in President Hotel, Kiev.

This event is unique due to its theme, program content and prominent speakers. For the first time the Ukrainian Bar Association gathers litigation experts to discuss vital issues arising in the work of judges and lawyers while performing their professional duties in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal cases.

Main topics of the Forum:

  • Burning issues of economic proceedings; 
  • Current state and future perspectives of administrative proceedings;
  • Further steps and disputable issues of civil procedural legislation reform;
  • Influence of case law;
  • Application of European Human Rights Court practice in Ukraine etc.

Also Forum includes a panel discussion entitled: “Court and criminal process. Which changers a new Criminal Procedural Code might bring?” featuring a leading expert in criminal process, Head of Kyiv Court of Appeal Anton Chernushenko.

Among the speakers of the Judicial Forum there will be the Secretary of Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine Gennadiy Kravchuk, judge of the Chamber of Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Mykola Gusak, deputy chief of the maintenance division at Fourth Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine Anton Polyanichko, judge of Kyiv District Administrative Court Andriy Volkov, judge of Kyiv City Court of Appeal Anatoliy Stryzheus and prominent lawyers of Ukraine with vast experience in representing clients in courts.
