International law for in-house lawyers: talks about the most important. Chapter 1. European Court of Human Rights.
More information
The Russia-Ukraine war has been lasting since 2014. After February 2022, there is hardly anybody who has not yet faced its consequences. The UBA International Law Committee has been researching and publishing materials about protecting investments in Ukraine for a long time.
Now, we are launching a series of webinars aimed at helping in-house lawyers at multinational and local companies to understand how international law can help to protect the rights and interests of their companies.
At these webinars we will:
– analyse available mechanisms for the protection of investors;
– analyse differences in protection regimes and available mechanisms resulting from the different status of different territories;
– Voice our preliminary recommendations.
We open our series of webinars with a pervasive matter – «How to protect Ukrainian and foreign investors from the consequences of Russian aggression in Ukraine? ».
