Problems of Polish permits for Ukrainian carriers
The International Trade Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) and the UBA Branch in Lviv region in cooperation with the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Commission on European Integration, International and Interregional Cooperation of the Lviv Regional Council invite you to the round table on the issue of Polish permits for Ukrainian carriers.
The event aims to hold a professional discussion and provide a legal assessment of the actions of Poland (and potentially other EU members) to reduce/refuse to increase the number of quotas for the issuance of permits to Ukrainian carriers in terms of WTO law, the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, and the EU law.
