A shot that rang out killed the 35th President of the United States, and history was changed forever. Since then, the assassination of JFK has attracted the attention of lawyers, journalists and activists from across the globe. Theories are many, but those who have had access to the full scope of records related to the John Kennedy’s death are few.

Join us for a virtual public talk with Judge John R. Tunheim to learn about the presidency of John Kennedy, the major ‘players and characters’ in his assassination and find out more details on their role and importance to the incident. Judge Tunheim served as chairman of the Assassination Records Review Board, which oversaw the collection of records relating to the assassination of John F. Kennedy, from 1994 to 1995. More than 30,000 government documents concerning the assassination have been released into the public realm, either in full or redacted form. While they added more detail to the debate, they didn’t join the dots to present an indisputable explanation.

During this event, you will have the opportunity to get a closer look at the mystery and get answers from the rare point of view of a Chief U.S. District Judge who was specially invited by President Bill Clinton to join the small number of individuals selected for the commission to review JFK’s assassination records in full.
