The UBA Committee on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Human Rights invites you to take part in the online meeting.
Topics for discussion:
• Briefly about the trial in the Republic of Kazakhstan (court system; situation with the monopoly representation; trial ceremonies);
• Administrative justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (which cases are considered by administrative courts; whether there is an administrative procedure code, technology and public administration - public services available online, online business registration).
• The Constitutional justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (constitutional justice authority, its powers, who is eligible to apply).
• How to become a lawyer in the Republic of Kazakhstan and whether Ukrainian lawyers are eligible to practice in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
