The UBA Committee on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Human Rights invites you to take part in the online meeting.
Topics for discussion:
- Briefly about the trial in England (court system; situation with the monopoly representation; trial ceremonies);
- Administrative justice in England (whether there are any administrative courts in place; which cases fall within the jurisdiction of such courts; which public services are available online);
- Constitutional justice in England (constitutional justice authority, its powers, who is eligible to apply).
- How to become a lawyer in England and whether Ukrainian lawyers are eligible to practice in England.
