The Ukrainian Bar Association together with the American Bar Association have a pleasure of inviting you to take part in a round table with Supreme court to discuss the current challenges of justice.
Topics to be discussed:
- Judicial independence and judicial conduct ethics;
- Writing judicial opinions. Separate opinion of a judge: its legal and social significance;
- Burdens of proof, standards of proof, and standards of judicial review;
- Enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards.
