Quantification of damages is one of the most complex areas of international commercial arbitration. During this one-day conference we will discuss about some of the challenges that damages experts, lawyers and arbitrators need to deal with when valuing damages in arbitration cases.

The main sessions:
- Principles and theories for the evaluation of damages
- Counsel’s role in defining the right framework for the economic and financial expert work
- The arbitrator’s relationship with the expert and its report
