Ivanna Pogrebniak – IT Trusted Adviser, IT Lawyer, Head of IT Committee of UBA, Head of Legal Committee of Kharkiv IT Cluster. Ivanna has experienced to be the Head of Legal at AltexSoft, as well as Associate Partner of Ukrainian TOP-15 Law Firm. Ivanna deals with contract, tax and corporate matters of Ukrainian IT companies, both in Ukraine and abroad. Besides, she supports foreign companies, who are willing to set up R&D offices in Ukraine. She also represents IT companies in professional associations, such as IT-Ukraine, IT Committee of EBA etc.
Sergiy Hoshovsky - a partner of a New York based Hoshovsky Law Firm LLC. Mr. Hoshovsky focuses his practice on domestic and international matters including complex transactions, litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Hoshovsky serves as a Chair of the Committee on Eastern Europe of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Hoshovsky earned an LL.M. in Corporate, Finance and Banking Law (Fordham University School of Law, NYC, 2001), where he was a member of the Fordham International Law JournaL. Mr. Hoshovsky has practiced law in Ukraine and is admitted to practice in New York and before Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts in New York and the Second Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
