National Forum on Construction Project Management will take place in Kyiv on November 16-17.
This will not be a fair or exhibition of building materials or the process of rewarding the best construction companies, this will be the first event for the representatives of construction business about real cases, real experience. During the two-day event you will learn how to implement construction projects in time and within budget from 35 speakers – heads and project managers of construction companies, central and local government representatives.

The National Forum on Construction Project Management is divided into two parts.
November 16 - Cadastre Camp. The problems and prospects of land and town-planning cadastres will be discussed. We will also talk about the peculiarities of registration of urban land and land outside of urban settlements.
November 17 - Real Estate Development (RED) Project Management Day. The day will be dedicated to experience exchange. You will have an opportunity to learn about success stories and failed cases, and also network. In the Investments & Innovations section, representatives of different cities will compete for the title "Cities with the simplest procedures for obtaining permits".
Key events of the National Forum on Construction Project Management 2017:
November 16 CADASTRE CAMP: Panel discussions on the topics “Urban and rural land”, issues of urban and land cadastres, with participation of representatives of the city and regional departments of architecture, land resources management, State Geocadastre and experts on extraterritoriality. The discussion will be attended by Valentine Antonenko and Vladyslav Smilka (Department of Urban Development and Architecture of the Kyiv City State Administration), Oleksandr Krasnolutsky (State Geocadastre) and Oleksandr Yermolayev (Department of Land Resources of the Kyiv City State Administration - KCSA).
During CADASTRE CAMP, you will hear interesting reports by Lyudmila Shemelinets (State Geocadastre), Igor Raykov (Urbanland.pm, Inger-Grad), Anatoly Poltavets (NGO "Land and Architectural Initiatives") and many others.
Lev Partskhaladze (MinRegionBud) will open RED PM DAY on November 17. Alexei Goncharuk (BRDO) will present “Doing Business” rating, Dmitriy Sennichenko will tell about the possibilities of cooperation with Ukrposhta in 2018, and Volodymyr Misak (Cushman & Wakefield) will share the trends of investment in commercial real estate (comparative analysis of the Ukrainian market and the countries of Eastern Europe).
At the Project Management section, project managers will share their experience with you: Ivan Pugolovkin (Astarta organic business center), Yuliya Dvorakovska (CBMforum engineering company Ukraine), Andriy Nekrasov (Arricano Real Estate), Andrei Ryzhykov (DC Evolution), Yaroslav Rekunik (Geos Project Development Kit, Hungary), Sergiy Fedorik (MV Cargo).
At the Investment & Innovations section the city authorities’ respresentatives will explain why it is worth investing in construction projects in Kyiv (Alexander Mishchenko), Lviv (Vadim Nozdrya), Vinnytsya and other cities. You will learn about the development of such projects as UNIT.City (Maxim Yakover), Mirax (Vitaliy Boyko) and Kharkiv School of Architecture (Oleg Drozdov).
And in the end, a panel discussion with the participation of Oleksiy Polishchuk (Department of Land Resources of the KSCA), Oleksandr Svistunov (Department of Architecture of the KSCA), representatives of the State Geocadastre, State Architectural and Building Inspection and the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine will take place.
