Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) invites you to participate in III All-Ukrainian Conference on Criminal Law and Process to be held on 10-11 November 2016 in Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv. The conference is supported by the Council of Europe Project “Further Support for the Penitentiary Reform in Ukraine”, financed by the Dutch Government.

The event has already become a credible and convenient platform for communication and exchange of experience between lawyers, attorneys, judges and prosecutors as well as international experts and state officials.

This year, the two days conference program covers a number of topical issues of criminal law and procedure and related institutions. Top-notch Ukrainian and international experts will talk about the reform of the police and the prosecution, changes in applicable laws and recent court practice.
