Role Responsibilities

• Preparing the contracts with the contractors and clients;
• Providing legal support for background check procedures;
• Communicating with contractors, sending letters and requests in regard to legal issues; conducting legal research and analysis;
• Assisting with other legal tasks as needed.

Role Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Ability to draft, analyze, and amend contracts concerning legal and business implications (Ukraine, US, EU law);
• Understanding of key industry contractual terms;
• Organizing and maintaining legal records and archives efficiently;
• Legal Research and legal writing skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian Law (corporate, civil, business law);

• Strong communication skills: English B2+, Ukrainian - fluent.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Time management skills. 

Daily schedule 

Our company supports work-life balance and allows you to tailor your schedule, which consists of 8 working hours and time for lunch. Shared business hours for most of our teams are 12 pm - 8 pm Kyiv time.

Ad hoc meetings:

• Any unplanned meetings organized depending on team circumstances and needs; usually flexible in time and/or agreed among the participants.

Interview Process

1. Intro Call with Recruiter (45 min)
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager (up to 60 min)
3. Final Interview with the Hiring Manager (optional, up to 60 min)
