The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in IP (prosecution)
• High level of proficiency in English
• A fluent understanding of the language used within the IP
• The ability to identify hidden risks in IP prosecution issues, due diligence and transactions
• The ability to locate hard-to-find information from IP registers
• The ability to "think outside the box" and be flexible in delivering services to meet our clients' evolving expectations
• Extremely attentive when drafting contracts and TM applications

Functional responsibilities:

• Preparation of documents for interaction with the Ukrainian National Intellectual Property Office
• Registration of intellectual property objects
• Preparation of contracts in the field of intellectual property
• Participation in audits in the field of intellectual property
• Participation in projects on `well-known` trademarks
• Knowledge of Data Privacy will be a plus
