Corporate training for regional branches of the UBA Students' League held in Lviv

The UBA Students' League launched the new academic year with a comprehensive corporate training for the newly elected councils of the Student League's regional branches. The event, held on September 14 in Lviv, Ukraine’s cultural capital, became the first step toward implementing new projects and initiatives.

The main purpose of the intensive training was to educate and orient the representatives of the regional councils in the fundamentals of League activities and in the principles of various areas of work.

“League activities are more than just organizational work. They offer an opportunity to change society, create new opportunities for youth development, and influence decision-making. It’s a step towards growth and success,” the organizers noted.

The event was opened by Ivan Horodyskyy, Vice President of the Ukrainian Bar Association, Head of the Dnistryanskyi Center, Lecturer at UCU, and Managing Partner at Dexis Partners, along with Nataliia Haletska, Chair of the UBA Branch in Lviv Region and Head of the Master’s Program at UCU. They shared their stories about the development of the UBA Students' League and their own journeys in the organization.

The series of lectures began with Kseniia Ukolova, Head of the UBA Students' League, who provided an in-depth session on running a successful HR campaign. She delivered a master class for the participants, unveiling key aspects and strategies that help the League attract talented and motivated students.

The next speaker at the corporate training was Yana Mudryk, Internal Development Manager, who gave a presentation titled "How Do We Talk About the League?". Her session was focused on how to effectively communicate the UBA Students' League’s activities both internally and externally.

A surprise challenge for participants came from the UBA Students' League Board with an interactive task titled "Sell Me This Pen." This exercise transformed the participants into real HR managers, demonstrating their persuasion skills by not just selling a pen but selling membership in the League.

The training event in Lviv was another important step toward fulfilling the UBA Students' League’s mission of shaping Ukraine’s legal elite. It reaffirmed that the UBA Students' League is not just an organization, but a large family united by shared values and aspirations.
