The Ukrainian Bar Association brings to your attention a series of video lectures for lawyers on the exercise of the right to a fair trial and competent defense in war crimes cases.

The lectures were prepared as part of a joint project of the International Bar Association, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and the Coordination Center for Legal Aid Provision with the support of the UBA. Leading specialists in international criminal law from Europe and the USA acted as lecturers.

The videos are filmed in English, translation into Ukrainian and creation of subtitles were provided with the support of the USAID Justice for All Activity.
