We invite you to participate in the sociological study "Assessment of the Institution of Judicial Control in Administrative, Civil, and Commercial Proceedings" by May 27, 2025. The study is conducted by the NGO 'Interregional Expert Center 'PRO Justice' (NGO IEC 'PRO Justice') as part of the LAP and JC C3.C project, supported by the EU Project 'Pravo-Justice'.

The aim of the study is to promote the improvement of the effectiveness of judicial protection in administrative, civil, and commercial proceedings. The survey aims to assess the current status, application practices, and potential for improving judicial control procedures, particularly concerning the obligation to submit a report on the enforcement of court decisions.

This study may become a valuable tool for developing Ukraine's legal system, strengthening the mechanisms of legal accountability for public administration bodies, and promoting the rule of law.

The study is conducted by the sociological agency 'HUMAN RESEARCH' using the Ukrainian online platform 'Lemur,' which ensures technical reliability and data security.

Please note that all collected data is confidential and processed in an aggregated format, without the possibility of individual identification. The questionnaires do not contain personal data that could identify the respondents.
