MORIS strengthens its Military Law practice — Major General Artem Luchnikov has become the company's Special Advisor

Given the increasing number of cases in the field of military law, both in terms of the protection of military servicemen and advising businesses in this area, MORIS, General Partner of the Ukrainian Bar Association, has involved Artem Luchnikov, Major General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (at reserve), for cooperation. He has become a Special Advisor on military law and has started working at MORIS.

Major General Luchnikov has over 30 years of both combat and management experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since October 2011, he has served as the head of operations of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade of the 6th Army Corps. Since 2014, he has participated in the russian-Ukrainian War as part of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade "Sicheslav".

From 2021 to 2024, he held the position of head of the main personnel department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He is a veteran of the russian-Ukrainian War.

Artem Luchnikov holds a Master's degree in State Military Management from the National Defense University of Ukraine and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
