Linklaters named as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality once again
Linklaters, the UBA's international partner, has been named as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality 2024 for the eleventh consecutive year. The annual awards, spearheaded by Business in the Community, are one of the UK’s most established benchmarks for employers dedicated to integrating gender equality into their business strategy at every level.
Linklaters is focused on fostering an inclusive environment that promotes equality for all genders, which in turn makes the business stronger. The firm's ongoing gender diversity initiatives are a central part of our people strategy and include
- developing a balanced and sustainable pipeline of female talent across all career stages;
- providing women with access to mentoring and sponsorship opportunities, including the Women’s Leadership Programme and the Stepping Forward group coaching programme;
- pioneering comprehensive parental leave policies and support benefits;
- adopting flexible approaches to working arrangements and career progression;
- facilitating opportunities for the Linklaters team to gain insights into diverse perspectives and experiences.
‘Delighted to feature in The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality list for the eleventh consecutive year. We’re proud of our inclusive culture. It’s key to attracting and retaining the best talent,’ comments Aedamar Comiskey, Senior Partner and Chair and Executive Gender Champion at Linklaters.
