Irish Rule of Law International will cooperate with the UBA Committee on Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Human Rights

On July 26, 2022, the UBA Committee on Constitutional and Administrative Law and Human Rights (the UBA Committee) signed a Memorandum on Cooperation with Irish Rule of Law International (IRLI). The document was signed by the Chair of the UBA Committee on Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Human Rights, Mykyta Zhukov, and IRLI Executive Director Aongus Kelly.

Irish Rule of Law International is an initiative society of lawyers and advocates of Ireland. The organisation has collaborated with academics, judges, legal practitioners, policymakers and civil society around the world to advance the collective knowledge of the relationship between rule of law, democracy, sustained economic development and human rights.

Irish Rule of Law International supports the aim of the UBA activities. The main goals of concluding the memorandum are the determination of mechanisms and forms of project cooperation regarding the further improvement of the sphere of justice, strengthening of constitutional and administrative justice, and protection of human rights in Ukraine.

We are grateful to IRLI for their support. We are sure that plenty of new achievements, joint events, and projects await us ahead, which will contribute greatly to the development of the legal community.
