Dmytro Yevdokymov participates in a public discussion on judicial independence

The Ukrainian Bar Association continues to actively engage in debates over the functioning of the judiciary, with a particular focus on judicial independence.

Dmytro Yevdokymov, Chair of the UBA Committee on Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Human Rights, took part in a roundtable dedicated to the issues of judicial independence. Organized by the EU "Pravo-Justice" Project, the event was held on February 10 in Kyiv.

The roundtable brought together members of the Supreme Council of Justice, the High Qualification Commission of Judges, judges, academics, and representatives of civil society.

During the session, a survey assessing the independence of Ukrainian judges — conducted in collaboration with the European Network of Justice Councils — was presented.
