What opportunities does the Ukrainian Bar Association offer to law firms and their employees? Guests of UBA Connection Day on Tuesday, November 5, got the answer to this question!

The event brought together lawyers, PR and HR representatives of law firms, specialists working on brand development, personnel management, and promoting companies within the legal community.

The event was hosted by Andriy Permyakov, Head of Communications at the UBA.

The speakers at UBA Connection Day included:

• Mykola Stetsenko, UBA President;
• Anastasia Bezkorovayna, Head of the HR Department at AVELLUM;
• Anastasia Darii, Marketing Director at Sayenko Kharenko;
• Anna Monakhova, Business Partner at VB Partners;
• Liliya Yanovska, Marketing Director at Asters;
• Viktoriia Krasnova, Executive Director of the UBA.

The speakers shared with the attendees how to increase the recognition of personal and corporate brands through collaboration with the UBA and how to effectively use membership and participation in the Association to promote a firm's brand.

Guests of UBA Connection Day also learned how the UBA has helped community members achieve career and reputational success, and how the Association can support the development of law firms through events, initiatives, networking opportunities, and partnerships.

The speakers also touched on collaboration with the UBA Students’ League, establishing media connections through the Association, and the partnership benefits available.

They discussed which aspects of PR and HR could be improved through participation in UBA activities, including how to attract and retain talented professionals in the company.

The event concluded with productive networking over a glass of wine and treats.
