UBA reminder: The Register of Damage continues to accept applications in categories A2.1 and A3.1

The Ukrainian Bar Association reminds that the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation Against Ukraine (RD4U) has resumed accepting applications in category A3.1 (Damage or destruction of residential immovable property). Homeowners and apartment owners affected by the full-scale invasion can now submit their claims in this category again.

Additionally, applications remain open in category A2.1 (Death of an immediate family member), with over 1,000 claims already submitted. This category allows individuals to apply for recognition of emotional suffering and distress due to the loss of a close family member as a result of the invasion.
