IP Ukraine NOW 2022 will be held on November 3, 2022

The Ukrainian Bar Association invites you to the traditional autumn event - IP UKRAINE NOW 2022, which will be held on the ZOOM platform (online) on November 3, 2022.

This year, we will discuss state policy and intellectual property reform, find out what is happening with Ukrpatent and NOIP, what steps patent attorneys should take after Ukraine's accession to the EU, cover the issue of counterfeiting, and provide recommendations and suggestions regarding the judicial method of protecting intellectual property rights during martial law, we will focus on the actual judicial practice of protecting intellectual property rights in Ukraine.
