For the fourth time, the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration has the pleasure of inviting you to the Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions conference, a truly unique event and the biggest conference on M&A arbitration in the region.
The conference will take place on 18-19 May 2017 in Warsaw (Polonia Palace Hotel).
We have prepared an extensive two-day conference with the participation of world-class experts – dispute resolution and transactional lawyers, arbitrators, in-house counsel as well as M&A practitioners – to ensure thought-provoking discussions on cutting-edge practical issues in arbitrating M&A disputes.
