Valentyn Karlovych MAMUTOV - Scientist in the field of economic and legal research, Academician at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1988), Honoured Scientist and Technician. V. K. Mamutov is an author of more than 500 scientific works, including 20 monographs and 4 college textbooks. More than 30 Doctoral and Candidate Theses were defended under his supervision.
Scientific and organizational activity of V.K. Mamutov is awarded with Order of Friendship of Peoples, Medal "For Valiant Labour" and Honorary Certificates of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. In 2002 Donetsk City Council conferred to the scientist a title of Honorable Citizen of Donetsk City. In honour of 75-th Anniversary the President of Ukraine awarded the scientist with Fourth Class Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise for prominent personal merits to Ukraine related to scientific investigation of economy legal regulation.
Petro Fedorovych MARTYNENKO - Law Faculty Dean of International Solomon University, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Professor, Member of European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) at Council of Europe, Member of National Commission on Democratization and Establishment of the Rule of Law, awarded with Third and Second Class Orders of Merit.
Author and co-author of more than 160 scientific works, including monographs, college books, and teaching guides on constitutional law, international public law and comparative legal studies.P.F.
Martynenko took part in creating of numerous laws, including Law about Languages in USSR, conception of Commonwealth of Independent States Agreement, the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Ukraine, Ukrainian Constitution, and Law about the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Petro Fedorovych, as an expert of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, worked on projects of European Convention on Nationality and European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages which were prepared in Council of Europe.
